Thank you for visiting! I'm Jen, the owner and primary coordinator of DeyDream Weddings LLC. For over two decades, I have enjoyed being the go-to person for family and friends in coordinating and decorating events. While planning my daughter's wedding, I learned just how overwhelming the process can be and the need for someone to be the workhorse from start to finish on the big day. (Other than close friends and family living the moment alongside the couple!) I also know first-hand the high costs of weddings and the need for affordable AND quality coordination services and rentals. No one should have to go into debt to have their dream wedding! So, I decided to pursue my passion for helping couples make their dream wedding happen without all the worry by opening DeyDream Weddings in 2024.

I have been a professional school counselor in Williamsburg, Virginia for over 20 years. I am a Hampton native and VCU alumna with degrees in Psychology and Counseling. I have planned and coordinated events as a school counselor, however, my primary responsibilities are establishing an inclusive school climate, listening to and advocating for students and families, repairing relationships, solving problems, and responding to crises. As a counselor and coordinator, I effectively prevent and respond to unexpected issues with confidence and compassion, allowing productivity within a calm atmosphere.
