COORDINATION SERVICES

• Complimentary initial consultation, with services beginning 18 months out through one month out

  (Perfect for DIY couples needing planning consultation from the beginning or for those needing help at the last minute!)

• Three in-person meetings, including a venue walkthrough to create a thorough layout of the couple's vision

• Day-of coordination for up to 12 hours and one hour of ceremony rehearsal assistance

• Timeline creation, distribution, and day-of facilitation

• Set-up and take-down of all decorations for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and common areas--includes styling to the couple's liking of wedding elements such as signage, seating chart, place cards, table numbers & guest book/gift/cake tables

• Vendor communication with all contracted vendors to confirm services, arrival times, and any other important details weeks in advance, as well as managing day-of greeting, set-up, and delivery of final payments and gratuities as needed

• Troubleshooting and solving problems that may arise the day of, from the unexpected mishaps to mediating any conflicts

• Wedding planning consultation as needed, such as advice on vendors, insurance, website, accommodations, transportation, and invitations/RSVPs

• Access to an Emergency Kit with a variety of items to address unexpected needs

• Coordination services also include the steaming of linens, distribution of florals to wedding party/attendants/relatives; direction of ushers/helpers with seating and programs; assistance with wedding party and family photos; cueing honored guests giving toasts; cutting/plating of cake; retrieval of gifts/cards and passed on to designated person or vehicle

• Reliable and prompt communication with coordinator via phone and email before the wedding day

• Finalization of venue set-up to ensure the couple's wedding dream is reality, making any adjustments for perfection!
