Coordination, management, and day-of facilitation for up to 12 hours
Complimentary initial consultation
Three in-person meetings, including a venue walkthrough to create a thorough layout of the couple's vision
One hour of ceremony rehearsal assistance in cooperation with the Officiant
Timeline creation and day-of facilitation, and it's distribution along with the layout to vendors and wedding party
Set-up and take-down of all decorations for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and common areas--includes styling to the couple's liking of wedding elements such as signage, seating chart, escort/place cards, table numbers, cake/guest book/gift tables, and favors
Vendor communication with all contracted vendors to confirm services, arrival times, and any other important details weeks in advance, as well as managing day-of greeting, set-up, and delivery of final payments and gratuities as needed
Troubleshooting and solving problems that may arise the day of, from the unexpected mishaps to mediating any conflicts
Wedding planning consultation if needed such as advice on vendors, insurance, website, accommodations, transportation, and invitations/RSVPs
Access to an Emergency Kit with a variety of personal items and decoration tools to address unexpected needs
Coordination services also include the steaming of linens, distribution of florals to wedding party/attendants/relatives; direction of ushers/helpers with seating and programs; assistance with wedding party and family photos; cueing honored guests giving toasts; cutting/plating of cake; retrieval of gifts/cards and passed on to designated person or vehicle
Reliable and prompt communication with coordinator via phone and email prior to the wedding day
Finalization of venue set-up to ensure the couple's wedding dream is reality and making any adjustments for perfection!

Additional cost for Ceremony & Reception at different locations requiring part-time assistant ~ 200
Additional cost for significant amount of decorations requiring a full day assistant for setup & takedown ~ 400
Deposit of 250 due upon booking. First payment of half the balance due 30 days prior. Final payment due the day of wedding.
